Where is the theatre located?
Theatre Row is located at 410 West 42nd Street (between 9th and Dyer Avenues). The building is easily accessible from the A/C/E at 42nd Street-Port Authority and 1/2/3/N/Q/R/W/7/S at 42nd Street-Times Square. It is also a short walk from Port Authority Bus Terminal.

What is the recommended age?
PG-13 and babysitter advised.

What is the running time?
Approximately 110 minutes including intermission.

What is the performance schedule?

Where can I park near the theater?

Can I take photographs or video during the show?
The use of cameras, video equipment or flash photography is not allowed during the performance. However, we encourage taking photos and videos before the performance, during intermission and after the show.

Is the theater ADA accessible?
Yes!  Building for the Arts and Theatre Row are firmly committed to providing equality of opportunity and an environment that fosters respect for all staff and patrons regardless of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disability or military status. There are elevators available to all floors. 

Accessible restrooms are available on the 2nd Floor and the Lower Level. Restrooms with changing tables are available on the 2nd floor. All patrons are encouraged to use the restroom that best represents their gender identity.

What is the late seating policy?
Late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. Please note that latecomers may not be able to access their purchased seats. 

Are there strobe lights in the show?
No strobe effects are used on stage during the production.

Are there devices for the hearing impaired?
Assisted listening devices are available at the Box Office for Theatres One, Two, Three, Four, and Five.

Can I bring food or drink into the theater?
Outside food or beverage are not permitted in the theater.  

Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
Branded merchandise is in the works, and will be available soon.

TICKETING FAQs

How will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets will be delivered to the email address provided. Print tickets or present via phone at the venue on the day of the performance.

What are the ticketing fees?
All tickets include $2.50 facility fee and tickets purchased online and by phone include $5 service fee.

Can I purchase tickets in person at the Box Office?
Yes, tickets can be purchased during box office hours and are not subject to a $5 service fee.

What are the Box Office hours?
The Box Office is available in person and by phone Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm-6pm at 212-714-2442 ext. 45. The Box Office is open for will-call beginning two hours before the show. Ticketing inquiries may also be sent via email to boxoffice@theatrerow.org.

What is the range of ticket prices?
